Fact Check Analysis

The text contains several factual claims that can be analyzed and verified:

  1. Muslim Brotherhood Plan for the Destruction of the United States: The text refers to a document known as "An Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal for the Group in North America," which was presented as evidence in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation trial. This document is claimed to outline the Muslim Brotherhood's strategy in North America. It is indeed a real document, but its interpretation and the extent to which it represents an active or official plan are subjects of debate among experts.

  2. Date of the Document: The document is dated May 22, 1991. This is accurate according to the records from the Holy Land Foundation trial.

  3. Content of the Document: The text claims that the document describes a "civilization jihadist process" and aims to "eliminate and destroy Western civilization from within." This language is consistent with the document's content. However, the interpretation of these statements and their significance is contested.

  4. List of 29 Front Islamic Organizations: The document does list several organizations, including the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). However, the characterization of these organizations as "fronts" for sabotage is a matter of interpretation and is not universally accepted.

  5. ISNA as Advisors to President Obama: ISNA has been involved in interfaith and community work and has interacted with various U.S. administrations, including Obama's. However, the claim that they were "advisors" dictating policy is an exaggeration and lacks evidence. ISNA's involvement would typically be in the form of consultation or participation in broader dialogues.

  6. 150 Terrorist Organizations Operating in the U.S.: This claim lacks specific evidence and is likely an exaggeration. The U.S. government maintains a list of designated Foreign Terrorist Organizations, but the number and nature of organizations operating within the U.S. would be classified and subject to ongoing investigation by law enforcement agencies.

Overall, while the document mentioned does exist, the interpretation and implications of its content, as well as the claims about specific organizations and their roles, are highly controversial and not universally accepted as factual.

Video transcript

I am holding in my hand the Muslim Brotherhood plan for the destruction of the United States. The title of the plan is You all got that? An explanatory memorandum for the general strategic goal for the group, the Muslim Brotherhood in North America, written 522-1991. Understanding the role of the Muslim Brotherhood in North America. The process of settlement is a civilization jihadist process with all the word means. The Ikhwan, which is the Arabic word for brothers, must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah's religion is made victorious over all other religions. They don't mince words, do they? But the most important page of this document is the last page. They list 29 front Islamic organizations set up in the United States with the specific goal of sabotaging America from within and destroying America by our own hands. Number one on the list is ISNA, Islamic Society of North America. They are now advisors to President Obama about Middle East policy. So we not only have the fox watching the hen house, we have the fox inside the White House dictating policy in the ear of the President. As a matter of fact, we in the United States have 150 terrorist organizations right now operating in America and these are the ones we know about.
